• Clean all flooring by sweeping and mopping

• Clean concrete floors with soap and water

• Remove all pets

• Make all outdoor shaded areas and crawlspaces available for treatment

• Arrange to leave home for several hours while the flea treatment has time to dry

2. Treatment of pets

• Pets should be treated at the same time a home is treated. Pet treatment should always take place under the direction of a veterinarian.
